Check out my first YouTube video below! I have created an amazing, at home leg day for you. This routine will surely build the booty.
Swap out the steps for a chair & you’ve got yourself a killer leg workout at home. Repeat 3 times for the ultimate leg day.
I got this GoPro for my birthday about 9 months ago. I opted for the original Hero because it was the least expensive, and I didn’t want to be greedy. I also had never used a GoPro before and wanted to test it out before I opted for an updated version. All in all, I love it! It is super easy to use, and I love the wide lens effect. It doesn’t take the best quality pictures or videos, but that’s why I also bring my Canon 60D with me on every trip. I hope you enjoy the video!
I’m a gym rat, but there are a ton of great things about working out at home! I pay $90 a month for my gym memberships which is absolutely outrageous. Working out at home can save you a ton of money. You also don’t have to sit in traffic or wait forever for machines to be free. My friend, Bri Hedley, is a boss when it comes to dominating home workouts. She kicked my butt with this quick paced, full body workout. We did each move for a minute per side and then repeated it. I seriously could barely walk for a couple days after. Sometimes it’s nice to spice up your workout routine. I will definitely be adding in more home workouts. If you want to learn more from Bri, check out her site: Bri Hedley’s Website !
Two days ago I posted a transformation picture on Instagram. Like most of my feed, it was documenting the changes my body has made through working out. Unlike a majority of the pictures I post, this one exploded with feedback! I got almost 50 comments in one day! They consisted of “What have you been doing? You look fantastic!!!!” and “Omg please post your routine! You look bangin *triple flame emoji*” I’ve already posted one booty workout video on my blog, but the demands seemed high enough to do another. So here you have another full vlog of exercises I have done to build my booty.
I give major credit to anyone who is a professional vlogger. This is way harder than it looks. First of all, everyone stares at you in the gym when you’re trying to set up your camera at the right angle and failing multiple times. Secondly, the vocals for this were recorded in my pitch black bathroom because the fan light made too much noise but so does everyone else in my house. Also, how do you time your commentary with the actual video?! SO HARD! Honestly, vlogging is ten times more difficult than any of these workouts.
Now you have all of my “grow a booty” secrets! Between the two videos and the information on this blog, you have my lifting exercises and a detailed description of the BBG program that I do. The rest is up to you!
