Alright, let me start off by saying that fitness is a relatively new hobby in my life. My previous hobbies included watching TV on the couch and eating my body weight in pasta. I remember freshman year of high school when I first had to run the dreaded mile! I could not fathom the idea that humans could run that far. I finished dead last with a mile time around 17 minutes. That being said, if I can hit the gym, anyone can. On this blog, you will find my trials and tribulations of fitness. Let them inspire you to put down the carbs & walk your booty to the gym. The hardest part of fitness isn’t the cardio or the weights, it’s the motivation. I am here to hopefully push you into the gym and keep you going.
