Hello, I’m  Melissa, but everyone close to me calls me Mel. I figured that since I’m opening my life up to you, you’re now in my inner circle. I am 25 years old, born & bred in the Midwest. I love doing anything outdoors: swimming, hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, rock climbing, snorkeling, biking . . . the list can go on and on. If I’m not outdoors, I’m probably at the gym or in an airport. I love living an active life and taking pictures along the way. Hop on & enjoy the ride!

    Hi Melissa! I was wondering if you could give a detailed ‘menu’ of your workout plan. If you can include your lifting regimen and if you alternate between legs,arms, back and abs. Also what machines and moves you use would be great! I need a wittle help with what a lifting schedule looks like
